kasiwin Terms and Conditions for Platform Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and kasiwin ("Platform", "us"). These Terms govern the use of the kasiwin website along with all services, games and features available on it.

By completing the account registration process, making your first deposit, or simply browsing the content of our platform, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the terms set out here. This acceptance is irrevocable for as long as your account remains active.

The Malay version of this document is provided for reference purposes. In the event of any conflict between the Malay and English versions, the English version shall apply for legal interpretation purposes.

2.1 Age Limit

Use of the kasiwin platform is restricted to individuals who have reached the age of 21. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. kasiwin reserves the right to request age verification at any time and may suspend an account until satisfactory proof of age is provided.

2.2 Geographic Areas

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the use of kasiwin services is legal and permitted under the laws of their region or country of residence. kasiwin makes no guarantee that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions.

2.3 One Account Per User

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering more than one account by the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, mobile phone number or payment information — is a violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all such accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

When registering a kasiwin account, you are required to provide true, accurate and current information. The information required includes your full name as per your MyKad or passport, active mobile phone number, valid email address and date of birth.

kasiwin reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals exceeding a certain amount. Identity verification documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad or passport, bank statements and proof of ownership of the payment method used.

• Provide accurate information during registration — false information may result in account closure.
• Update your account information if any changes occur.
• Keep your password confidential and do not share your login details with anyone.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM50 per transaction. kasiwin accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. kasiwin does not accept deposits from third parties. Transactions suspected of originating from unlawful sources will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal per transaction is RM50. Withdrawal processing times are between 5 to 30 minutes depending on the chosen payment method and account verification status. Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in your name.

4.3 Funds in Account

Funds held in a kasiwin account are not bank deposits and do not earn interest. Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administration fee in accordance with the full terms detailed during the registration process.

kasiwin offers various promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms related to each offer. Users are required to read the relevant bonus terms before accepting them.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The kasiwin welcome bonus offers a 100% deposit match up to a maximum of RM1,500 on your first deposit. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100 making your total balance RM200. Your wagering requirement is RM100 × 15 = RM1,500. If you deposit RM3,200, you receive the maximum bonus of RM1,500 with a total balance of RM4,700 and a wagering requirement of RM1,500 × 15 = RM22,500.

5.2 VIP Program and Cashback

The kasiwin VIP program consists of four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback — Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.4%, Gold up to 0.6%, and Platinum up to 0.8%. Progress in the VIP program depends on the user's level of activity and loyalty.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

kasiwin reserves the right to cancel any bonus and close accounts found to be abusing the promotions system, including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus fraud.

kasiwin users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised tools to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to breach, hack, or disrupt the normal operation of the platform.
• Making financial transactions linked to illegal activities or money laundering.
• Impersonating another person or providing false identity information.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical vulnerability or system error for personal gain.
• Publishing obscene content, inciting hatred, or content that violates laws through our platform.

kasiwin is committed to responsible gambling practices. We believe that betting should be a form of entertainment that is managed well, not a source of financial stress or personal problems.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, kasiwin will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from technical issues, internet connection disruptions, or unavoidable game errors.

In cases where a game or bet is cancelled due to a verifiable technical error, kasiwin will return the original bet amount to the relevant user's account. No other compensation will be paid.

kasiwin reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to users via a notice on the platform or by email to the address registered in your account.

Continued use of the kasiwin platform after any amendment to the terms takes effect will be deemed as your acceptance of those amended terms. If you do not agree with the relevant amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request to close your account.

kasiwin operates under a valid international licence. These terms and conditions are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are registered. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the platform will be resolved through binding arbitration.

Users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for complying with local laws regarding online gambling in their area. kasiwin is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from the use of the platform in areas where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.
